It includes applicant tracking (ATS), digital personnel files, vendor management, time tracking, payroll and a ticketing system, as well as functions for project time tracking, leave requests and shift planning. It is hosted by Hetzner in a cluster, and communications are transmitted in encrypted form. wofoma’s LinkedIn page lists 1998 as its founding year and a company size of 51–200 employees.
