Use Case

Abacus Umantis Employee Development helps companies identify development and training needs, set employee goals, and define measures based on them. The module combines competency assessment, employee reviews, and training management.

Managers and employees prepare and document reviews in the employee portal and track their status. They can compare and assess existing competencies against those required for a position. Individual and company-defined goals and their progress are also visible.

A training catalog displays internal offerings, and employees can submit training requests for manager approval. Assessments can include feedback from colleagues or project participants.

Target Audience

The module helps HR teams and managers oversee employee development while involving employees in reviews, goal setting, and training requests.

An Employee Development variant is designed specifically for small and medium-sized companies. The module is also available as part of the modular HR-Suite Flex.
