Staffboard Feedback & Performance

Staffboard Feedback & Performance supports employee appraisal meetings between employees and supervisors. Both parties can assess each other against defined criteria. Meeting content can be configured using templates, with star ratings and free-text fields available for assessments.

Meetings can be scheduled, repeated automatically and accompanied by reminders. Employees can find appointments and forms in their employee profiles. Forms can be saved and completed later, while a progress indicator shows their status. Both parties can view the content only after mutual approval. Goals can also be agreed with a timetable.

Staffboard is aimed at startups, small and medium-sized companies, digital innovation units of larger companies, and nonprofit organizations with up to around 1,500 employees. The module is intended for appraisal meetings between employees and supervisors.
