Use Case

Staffboard time tracking documents employees’ working hours and associated activities. Employees enter their time directly in the system, either as start and end times with breaks or as a total number of hours. Activities can be assigned to a project.

Start and end times can be predefined for regular working hours, so they only need changing when hours differ. A monthly overview shows total hours and overtime. Supervisors and HR can review and approve the monthly digital timesheets.

Working-time reports can be filtered by department or location for a selected period and exported. The exports can be sent to payroll accounting to prepare payroll.
