Potpuri is a community suite (“Digital Campus”) designed for businesses to facilitate internal communication, coordination, and goal achievement. Modules include Engage (idea management, news feed, chats, newsletters, rewards), Organize (events, scheduling, time slots, admin tools), Publish (knowledge sharing, interactive content), and Insight (surveys, reports & analytics). Available as an iOS and Android app. GDPR-compliant, hosted by Hetzner in Germany.

Use Case

Promotes employee engagement by enabling employees to actively contribute and validate ideas together, receive important company news in a central news feed, quickly coordinate via one-on-one or group chats, and be reliably reached through newsletters. The integrated rewards/points system provides additional motivation and recognizes contributions. The goal is to break down silos in internal communication, turn ideas into relevant projects more quickly, and foster continuous dialogue among the entire workforce.

Corporate knowledge is often scattered across different repositories and difficult to find. The Publish section of the Potpuri Community Suite addresses precisely this problem: content and knowledge are created, structured, and categorized centrally and made accessible to all employees. A global search accelerates the process of finding relevant information. In addition, surveys for feedback, workshop evaluations, and event evaluations can be quickly created, published, and analyzed to close knowledge gaps and improve processes.
