Through myFürstenberg and the Modern Health Campus, services are available 24/7 in over 20 languages—online, by phone, and at 10 locations. More than 1,000,000 clients from 1,500 companies use these services. The institute is part of the Asklepios healthcare network and collaborates with MediClin and Selfapy, among others.

Upon request regarding SSO/SAML, MFA, encryption, or IT security certifications. Primarily a service/program, not a traditional SaaS offering. Technical security features may be provided as part of the Fürstenberg Institute’s IT and data protection organization.
Retention & deletion
Health & Safety/training: Participation data is generally retained for three years; web server logs for seven days. Other retention periods vary by service area.
