MuchSkills gives HR, learning, resourcing and compliance leaders a live view of their organisation’s skills. Skills, proficiency levels and certifications sit in one taxonomy alongside existing HR systems. Leaders can see gaps by role, team and location, including where only one person holds a critical skill.

Certifications include proof, issue dates and expiry dates. Holders receive reminders before expiry, and every change is logged.
