- Job postings are stored on Prospective servers (hosted by the provider). - RecruitingIQ uses ChatGPT via a Business API, among other tools, as well as its own model.
Retention & deletion
When Prospective hosts an application form for a customer, submitted application data is forwarded directly to the customer’s applicant tracking system and then deleted by Prospective. For a job marketplace configured with a job subscription, subscription data is stored until the subscriber unsubscribes or the newsletter is deactivated.
