Use Case

HR teams prepare payroll data on a monthly basis for external payroll systems or tax firms. HRlab replaces Excel spreadsheets and manual data transfers with an automated change report that provides exactly the master and transaction data needed for payroll processing. Payroll data is stored centrally, and changes are tracked and documented over time, resulting in transparent processes, clear responsibilities, and fewer errors. Companies with multiple subsidiaries/locations and different employee groups (hourly wage vs. fixed salary) can organize payroll groups, define individual wage types, and transfer the data to DATEV or other payroll programs in a standardized format at the end of the month. Employees receive pay stubs digitally in HRlab, including access to historical documents.
