Use Case

With eGECKO Payroll, companies can generate legally compliant payroll reports with minimal effort. Real-time access to centralized employee master data (which can also be maintained via self-service) reduces errors and rework. Automatic generation and filing of regulatory reports (e.g., DEÜV, AAG, income tax certificates, pay stubs) saves time and ensures compliance. Flexible payroll processing covers special cases: multiple hires and terminations within a single month (payroll calculations accurate to the day), retroactive corrections up to 48 months, advance payments/interim pay stubs, and unlimited payroll simulations. Optionally, the entire payroll process can be handled as a service at the CSS data center (including year-end processing and certificate issuance).

Companies with German payroll processing want to calculate wages and salaries quickly, accurately, and in compliance with the law; efficiently manage special cases; and centrally control HR and finance data. eGECKO Payroll addresses these requirements with up-to-date master data, automated reports and statements, retroactive calculations, simulations, and support for industry-specific collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, payroll processing can be fully outsourced while maintaining transparency and the ability to provide information.
