Retention & deletion
Production databases are backed up daily; daily backups are retained for 30 days and monthly backups for twelve months. Following contract termination, Cegid returns customer data within 60 days. Customer data, including the database and backups, is deleted 60 to 90 days after contract termination. A deletion or anonymization function is available for employee data.
