Retention & deletion
The recruiting organization determines how long applicant data is stored in Bob Hiring. HiBob gives 30 days after the hiring decision or closure of the position as an example of an initial period, and 12 months with consent as an example of an extended period; neither is a universal requirement.

Feature Scope
Recruiting and ATS features include centralized applicant management, job posting, interview scheduling, custom scorecards and job offers. Workflow and status tracking support pipeline management and KPIs such as time-to-hire. New openings can be matched with the existing job catalog to maintain consistency.
The platform supports multi-posting to more than 2,300 job boards worldwide, employee referrals, one-click posting to the careers page and branded candidate communication. Recruiting insights show which sources produce successful hires.
ATS integrations include Workable, TeamTailor, JazzHR, hireful, Compono and Stryve. Integrations can transfer new-hire data to Bob, map fields, import documents and CVs, and trigger onboarding.
- Workable: Moving a candidate to “Hired” automatically creates a New Hire in Bob, with field mapping and document import.
- JazzHR: After an API key is stored, “Hired” triggers an email or in-app notification to complete hiring in Bob, followed by data transfer.
- hireful: Activation takes place in the Recruiter Portal. “Import to HiBob” opens an editable pop-up before transfer. The integration uses standard HTTPS encryption and, according to the partner, meets data protection requirements.
