Use Case

The payroll module handles monthly payroll within the Abacus HR suite. It supports complex pay and payroll accounting under Swiss insurance, tax and statistical requirements.

Companies can run multiple payroll cycles and pay salaries through electronic banking. The module uses a central employee record and imports working hours and absences from time tracking.

Employees can access payslips and salary certificates through the employee portal. Reporting covers withholding-tax statements, payroll submissions and statistics, alongside budgeting and forecasting.

Target Audience

The module is designed for companies that process payroll under Swiss requirements, as well as their HR and payroll teams.

It is available as part of the configurable HR-Suite Flex.
