zvoove is a cloud platform for staffing and facility management service providers. The solutions digitize end-to-end processes ranging from recruiting, scheduling, and time tracking to invoicing and payroll—supplemented by services such as Managed Payroll and Professional Services. Hosting
Cloud-based service with external hosting and automatic updates/maintenance; note regarding high security. Secure, real-time data transmission via the zvoove API. Information on SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, audit logs, encryption details, or certifications: available upon request.
Retention & deletion
Business letters and billing data are retained for the periods required under commercial and tax law; all customer data is deleted no later than 11 years after the contractual relationship has ended. Where permitted, the data is pseudonymized or anonymized earlier.
The zvoove API is designed for GDPR-compliant data exchange. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is entered into with SaaS and hosting customers. Data processing generally takes place within the EU; group-wide processing within the zvoove Group is based on legitimate interest (Recital 48 of the GDPR); transfers to third countries (e.g., Switzerland) are carried out in compliance with the GDPR.
