Retention & deletion
Under Studytube’s data processing agreement, personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to perform the contract, meet an agreed retention period or comply with a legal obligation. After the agreement ends or upon written request, the data is deleted or returned at the customer’s choice. Existing backups are retained for one month.
