Pulse Feedback is a Swiss provider of software for employee surveys, pulse surveys and 360-degree feedback, with optional support from its own consulting team. Pulse Feedback covers the full cycle: the survey, AI-assisted analysis and guided results discussions in which teams and managers define actions. Pulse Feedback is particularly suited to organisations with 100 to 5,000 employees.

Per user
Single Module (employee surveys or 360-degree feedback) at most CHF 5 per user per month on the annual plan, CHF 6 monthly. Feedback Bundle with both modules at most CHF 8 on the annual plan, CHF 9.60 monthly. Cheaper per person above 250 users. Prices also available in EUR and USD. Free 21-day trial with full functionality.
Implementation
Pulse Feedback can be set up via self-service in about an hour. Most organisations choose a guided rollout: we support set-up, questionnaire design and communication to employees and, on request, accompany you through to the results workshop.
