Retention & deletion
The customer sets retention and deletion periods for applicant data in the Staffery platform. Unless the customer specifies otherwise, this data is generally deleted automatically 185 days after receipt of the application, subject to legal retention obligations or other legitimate reasons.

SLA: Staffery commits to 95% monthly availability for the Staffery platform. Announced maintenance windows, force majeure and certain disruptions outside Staffery’s control do not count as downtime. Reported disruptions are resolved within a reasonable period.
