Use Case

Companies, job boards, and ATS providers must convert job feeds from various sources into a uniform, validated format in order to reliably publish and distribute job postings. The Job Feed Management Suite standardizes incoming feeds (e.g., XML/JSON), corrects and validates data, removes duplicates, creates job board-specific templates/tags, converts formats (XML, TXT, JSON), and enables targeted editing and optimization of content (e.g., mapping of job titles/categories, A/B testing, target-group-specific tone). It automates retrieval and processing from the ATS, ensures high availability (even in the event of original feed outages), monitors KPI thresholds 24/7, and provides compatible output feeds for job boards and ATS. Updates occur every 10 minutes by default (interval adjustable). In addition, the standardized pipeline can integrate with other products (import of websites/PDFs via JOBolizer, posting to job boards directly or via Joveo, matching with talent pools through partners).
