Feature Scope
The multi-tenant cloud solution combines ready-made learning content with tools for creating custom materials, including videos, discussion forums and web meetings. Content can be delivered through an employee self-service portal. The platform supports 100 to 100,000 users on desktop and mobile devices.

ILIAS LMS is integrated into the HCM4all Suite and can serve as a course player, authoring tool or collaboration platform. The solution supports SCORM 1.2/2004, LOM metadata and IMS QTI, as well as IMS LTI for external applications. It offers XML, CSV and Excel exports and can incorporate content from external learning platforms. Platform-wide interfaces include SAP and other ERP systems, DATEV, and an API for career and job postings.
The subscription is modular, and a free demo is available. Standard content can be available within hours; ILIAS integration using release-ready add-ons can be deployed within days. HCM4all offers consulting, customized solutions, a personal support contact and a 24/7 helpdesk, with contact by phone, email, web session or in person. The cloud solution is GDPR-compliant and hosted on ISO-certified security servers in Germany.
