Retention & deletion
After the payroll services end, customers have 60 days to extract their data from Paycor’s systems, subject to payment of outstanding amounts and any applicable data access fees. After that period, Deputy and Paycor are no longer obliged to retain or provide access to the data; it may be permanently deleted in accordance with Paycor’s retention policies.
Deputy publishes GDPR and Privacy Center resources; Paycor states accreditation/compliance with GDPR, SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2, and is certified under the Data Privacy Framework. Product includes Fair Workweek and labor compliance helpers within WFM; payroll tax compliance aspects are provided by Paycor.
