Retention & deletion
Retention depends, among other factors, on the service, the agreed configuration and legal obligations. Unless a shorter period applies, enabled training transcripts and performance data are generally retained for up to 24 months, technical logs for up to 90 days, and support-case data for up to 12 months after closure. Following a valid deletion request, account data is normally deleted or anonymised within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Protected backups are generally overwritten within 30 days in the ordinary backup cycle.
