wofoma is a cloud-based HR suite from Nuremberg-based BFI Software GmbH for companies and staffing providers. Use Case

Companies with a regular need for external resources (temporary staffing, recruitment, freelancers/service providers) centralize their staffing needs, forward requests to listed service providers in real time, and receive structured proposals in return. HR, procurement, and business units maintain transparency regarding vacancies, offer statuses, and interview processes through a shared interface, reduce email overhead, and ensure internal procurement processes. Optionally, a Managed Service (MSP) supports operational management.

Companies with many requesters and numerous staffing agencies/suppliers (temporary staffing, recruitment, freelancers) face a time- and cost-intensive procurement process. BFI/wofoma’s MSP service centralizes the coordination of these external staffing needs: requests are forwarded to a dedicated contact person, who distributes them to all registered service providers in real time via the vendor management tool wofoma.vms. This reduces the flood of emails, clarifies queries in a consolidated manner, and allows HR and business units to focus on core tasks. In addition, BFI leverages over 20 years of experience to support the implementation of a standardized MSP process.
