For Mobility as a Service, personal data is retained until the end of the payroll and/or HRIS services provided to the customer, unless applicable law requires longer retention. When the commercial relationship ends, data processed on the customer’s behalf is returned or deleted at the customer’s choice, subject to legal retention requirements.
