Data residency
Other
Hosting
SSO is supported via OCI Identity Domains and SAML between Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Fusion Data Intelligence/Fusion Analytics. SCIM provisioning is possible using a generic SCIM template. MFA is available through OCI IAM. RBAC is standard in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Analytics. Oracle Cloud provides encryption at rest and in transit, as well as audit capabilities. Data residency depends on the selected OCI region. Details may vary depending on the tenant and scope of services; please consult with Oracle.
Retention & deletion
Oracle specifies a maximum of three years for payroll balances and payroll costing data. This criterion is reevaluated during a full data load or TDM upgrade. Rejected records in the DW_ERR_RECORDS table are automatically deleted after 90 days. Oracle specifies no time limit for retaining data-configuration audit logs.
Oracle Cloud provides GDPR guidelines and a shared-responsibility model; a data processing agreement is available. Oracle has third parties conduct audits and provides SOC and ISO reports through the Oracle Cloud Console (on a role-based basis). Check with Oracle to determine whether HIPAA applies to this service.
