Use Case

Mobile social intranet and employee communication for desk-based and non-desk teams: Reach all employees in real time (office, production, field staff), news and announcements in the feed, direct communication via chat/bulletin board, company documents & processes (library, forms such as vacation requests, surveys), schedule and event management, employee referrals (employees recruit employees), onboarding and training content (LOLYO Learning), gamification to boost engagement (MITMACH Booster with points/goodie store). Goal: Higher engagement, faster internal communication, better employee experience and productivity, especially even without company email or PC access.

Filling open positions via employee referrals directly from the LOLYO employee app. HR posts jobs in the app; employees share them with a single click on their social networks or forward them via email/WhatsApp/SMS. Interested candidates are directed to a landing page and can apply immediately. The application channel is tracked so that referrals can be attributed; referrers earn points/rewards. Goals: Reduce costs (up to 80% vs. traditional methods), reduce time-to-hire (55% faster; on average 29 days to hire), improve quality (referrals stay 25% longer and are 15% more productive). Additionally, every shared job strengthens the employer brand.
