Successful placement in a corporate position: a success fee agreed upon in advance and set by the company, plus VAT; minimum fee of 19% of the annual target income. Success fees for corporate assignments listed on the consultant page: 19% to 30% of the annual target income. Breakdown of the net fee: 80% for the recruiting consultant and 20% for hiyer as a service fee. Payment terms for companies: 14 days from the invoice date. Collaborations between recruiting consultants: Fees are freely negotiable; direct billing between consultants outside the platform.
