Applysia is a German SaaS solution for digital talent selection and development. Companies use it to plan, conduct, and evaluate assessment and development centers as well as structured interviews—including competency models, behavioral anchors, candidate comparisons, and automated results reports. The software is scientifically grounded and aligned with DIN 33430. Data protection and security: GDPR-compliant, Privacy by Design, operated in ISO 27001-certified data centers in Germany, and a member of the Alliance for Cyber Security.

Retention & deletion
Workspace owners can set when assessments are closed and subsequently deleted. By default, an assessment is closed 90 days after its end date and deleted 26 weeks after closure. The default option is “Insights archiving”: names, email addresses, files and notes, among other data, are deleted, while ratings and other data remain available for Insights. Alternatively, the assessment can be deleted in full.
