Use Case

In many small companies, HR falls between the office manager, the tax advisor and late evenings. Lintelly is the outsourced HR department with its own software for companies in Germany with 10 to 150 employees. For companies without HR, Lintelly takes over all day-to-day HR work. Where someone already handles HR, Lintelly takes the operational load off that person.

The software drafts employment contracts, references, warnings and certificates from your own templates, checks the mandatory information under German law and records every deadline. A dedicated, named HR lead reads and approves each document before it goes to your people. Without approval, it stays a draft.

Every morning you get your HR day: what is due today, what needs your decision, which deadline is getting close. Lintelly flags probation ends, fixed-term contracts, holiday expiry and the six-week mark for return-to-work management (BEM) well in advance. Payroll input goes to your payroll office checked and complete, and you get an HR report every month.

Getting started takes one week: on day 1 we connect Personio or your existing system, on day 3 your deadline overview is ready, on day 7 you get your first briefing from your HR lead.

What Lintelly does not do: payroll stays with your payroll office, and court cases and legal opinions belong with an employment law firm. Lintelly does not give legal advice.
