Use Case

Get On Board helps Swiss SMEs become visible as attractive employers, attract suitable candidates and fill open positions. Its focus is on building the employer brand, social recruiting and employer-branding content.

For open positions, Get On Board runs paid social-media ads. Interested candidates are directed to a mobile application page with information about the role and a short pre-qualification quiz. Applications can be sent to the company’s ATS or HRMS or by email; its own application-management platform is available if needed.

Get On Board also offers photo and video production and workshops to develop employer-branding strategies. Engagement begins with a discovery call to discuss the company’s plans and goals.
