Beesite is a recruiting and HR tech suite developed by milch & zucker for end-to-end applicant tracking and recruitment marketing. The feature set includes ATS/applicant tracking, internal/external job boards, AI tools (e.g., betterads.ai, skillmatcher.ai), multiposting (jobhub), career site and landing page builders, TRM, onboarding, committee processes, HR analytics, and interfaces. Hosting is provided exclusively in Germany (Tier 3 data center in Frankfurt) with a client-isolated private cloud for each customer. The solution is GDPR-compliant and certified to ISO 27001 (BSI Basic Protection), ISO 9001, and TISAX. Clients include Lufthansa, Commerzbank, Rossmann, WDR, and Union Investment.

Feature Scope
beesite Recruiting digitizes co-determination processes and flexibly involves Works Councils, Staff Councils, Equal Opportunity Officers, and representatives for severely disabled employees (SBV). Processes, access rights, and reports can be configured by location or company, including at General Works Council level.
Committees receive transparent access to relevant job postings and can submit official approvals or comments with a few clicks. Parallel, multi-stage evaluations by multiple committees are supported, while required lists and consultation forms are generated according to defined deadlines. Company agreements can also be integrated into the workflow.
The solution is described as easy to implement. Committee members receive a brief orientation, with training included as part of the collaboration. Benefits include reduced paper use, time savings, and transparent committee involvement.
