The two product lines—HR-Suite Flex and HR-Suite SmartKMU—cover end-to-end HR processes, including applicant tracking, job marketing, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, employee development, compensation, employee communication, HR core, digital personnel files, time management, digital signatures, employment references, workforce planning, travel and expense management, payroll (including payroll services in Germany), and data analysis with the Data Cockpit. The platform is GDPR-compliant and is hosted in Germany and Switzerland, operating in ISO-certified data centers (including NTT Switzerland SA) with a strong focus on data protection and IT security.

Retention & deletion
Backups are created nightly and retained for no more than six months. After the contract ends, customer data is deleted no later than the expiry of the applicable backup retention periods, except for data subject to a retention obligation or needed for billing or collection.
