Retention & deletion
Usage and learning data are stored for the duration of the contract or training program. According to the partner’s privacy notice: Data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the training program (unless required otherwise by legal or contractual retention obligations).
StackFuel acts as a data processor with a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). AZAV certification is available for subsidized training programs (under subsidy law; not a security certification). The list of subprocessors is monitored via the partner privacy notice.
