DearEmployee is a digital solution for legally compliant mental health risk assessments (Section 5 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act). The platform offers scientifically validated employee surveys in over 15 languages, real-time results, intuitive detailed analyses, and concrete recommendations for measures to reduce risks and increase motivation and retention. In addition, DearEmployee offers psychosocial counseling, organizational consulting, and an employee app.

Survey data is pseudonymized during transmission; personal data is stored in a separate, highly secure area. Encrypted transmission and storage, according to the provider.
Retention & deletion
After the contracted services end, DearEmployee returns or deletes customer data at the customer's choice and destroys existing copies, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Documentation required to demonstrate proper data processing or meet statutory retention periods is kept for the applicable periods.
GDPR-compliant data processing (DPA). ISO 27001 applies to hosting in Germany; supports the legally required risk assessment for psychological stress (Section 5 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG)) through the DearEmployee survey.
