Azubis Plus — The first app for international apprentices
Azubis Plus connects international apprentices with German companies offering apprenticeships and is based in Würzburg. The app offers smart matching, application management, video calls, and digital contract signing. The team personally guides companies and trainees through the entire process—from the application through visa and entry to integration—and continues to support them throughout the apprenticeship. For companies, the service is initially free; a fee is only charged after the apprenticeship contract is signed.

Retention & deletion
Contract data and tax records are retained for ten years, and commercial correspondence for six years. Data is deleted after these periods unless further statutory retention obligations apply.

Pricing details: For companies: App usage is free; success-based fee applies only once a training contract is signed (amount is individual and negotiable). In case of termination during the probationary period, a refund is provided minus an 800 EUR processing fee. In-app purchases/subscriptions for additional features available (prices viewable in the app, auto-renewal, 1-month notice period before end of term). For trainees: completely free. Currency: EUR. Early adopters may receive discounted terms.

The basic version of the app is free. Companies pay an individually agreed placement fee per applicant when an apprenticeship contract is signed. If the contract is terminated during the probationary period, the fee is refunded less an EUR 800 processing fee. In-app purchases and subscriptions for additional features are available; their prices can be viewed in the app.
Implementation
A personal contact person guides companies and apprentices through the matching process, interviews, contract signing, and relocation. The app is currently in the development/beta phase; AI and e-learning enhancements are planned.
